Vico Magistretti Dining Table & Four Chairs – Italian Modernist Design
A striking dining set attributed to celebrated Italian architect and designer Vico Magistretti, bringing together sculptural simplicity, considered proportions and a distinctive interplay of materials.
The set comprises a rectangular dining table with a pale top and four coordinating chairs, each featuring a black-stained timber frame, clean architectural lines and beautifully textured woven rush seats in warm, natural tones.
The contrast between the black-stained wood and the organic texture of the rush seating creates a sophisticated visual balance, lending the ensemble a strong yet understated presence. Functional and elegant, the set reflects the enduring appeal of Italian modernist design, where traditional materials meet a clean, contemporary aesthetic.
A distinctive addition to a thoughtfully curated dining space, appealing to collectors and admirers of European furniture design.
