Parcel Delivery

For smaller or lightweight items, delivered via Royal Mail

  • Delivery: Monday to Friday
  • Timescale: Typically 3–5 working days from dispatch
  • Tracking: Provided via SMS if a mobile number is supplied

Click & Collect

You can choose to click & collect from our show room.

  • Free of charge
  • Typically available within 1-2 working days (may be quicker if already in store)
  • Available during store opening hours

Furniture Delivery

  • Delivery: Monday to Saturday, 7am–6pm (Saturday limited to London)
  • Scheduling: Delivery date offered within 14 days of availability
  • Time slot: Two-hour window provided the day before delivery

Preparing for Delivery

To ensure a smooth delivery, please consider the following before ordering:

We cannot deliver above the second floor without lift access (additional charges will apply)

Check for:

  • Parking restrictions or red routes
  • Vehicle access limitations
  • Narrow entrances, staircases or internal access
  • Space for assembly

Additional delivery methods or charges may apply in some cases.
